Returns Policy

Introduction

Thank you for shopping with us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at returns@toughlovetees.com to report an issue. We will then direct you on the correct process to take for your return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address on your packing slip included with your delivery. Please keep this for your records in case of a return. Items are returned to one of the following addresses depending on where your items were fulfilled:

  • Packages sent from the US and Mexico are returned to: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
  • Packages sent from Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
  • Packages sent from Latvia are returned to: Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages sent from Spain are returned to: Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages sent from the UK are returned to: Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages sent from Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil.

The above addresses should only ever be used for returning goods. Please do not use the above address options for any other correspondence relating to Tough Love Tees LLC.

Again, please retain a copy of your packing slip for the correct address for sending items back to us.

All returns being shipped to us should be addressed to: “Tough Love Tees LLC - Returns”.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Returns will usually be processed within 20 business days from the day we receive your return items. This is our best effort and not guaranteed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not accept exchanges for incorrectly purchased items. Only items that are deemed misprinted/damaged/defective or received in error.


Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

Exceptions

The following items do not qualify for returns:

  • discounted items
  • items marked as final sale
  • promotional or sale items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Wrong Addresses

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the original fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Tough Love Tees LLC reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
