Tough Love Tees, LLC ("we", "us") runs toughlovetees.com. We sell to customers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices.

What We Collect

• When you order or create an account: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details and payment information. We never see your full card number.
• When you browse: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages and products you view, and how you got to our store.
• If you leave a review: your name, email and review.
• If you contact us or join our email list: your email and what you tell us.

How We Use It

To take and ship your orders, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, send order updates, send marketing you have agreed to, measure and improve our website and advertising, and meet our legal duties.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies keep the store working (cart, checkout, security, and remembering your cookie choice). With your consent we also use analytics and marketing technologies, including the Meta Pixel.

In the United Kingdom, the European Union and Quebec these stay off until you press Accept. In other parts of the United States and Canada they may run before you choose. You can turn them off at any time with the Reject button, the Cookie consent icon at the bottom of the page, or the "Do not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option. We respond to the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use.

Stored in the United States. Shopify also uses store data with other Shopify data to improve its services and ad targeting under its terms; no other merchant can see your data.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)	Measuring and targeting our advertising (Meta Pixel and Conversions API)	Pages and products you view, purchases, IP address, browser details and a cookie identifier; for the server connection, the name, email, phone number and address of customers. Under some US state laws this counts as "sharing" or "sale" of personal data; you can opt out (see Cookies and tracking).
Judge.me	Collecting and showing product reviews	Name, email, review, IP address and the pages you view.
Printful	Printing and shipping our products; delivery time estimates	Name, address, phone, email and order details. The delivery estimate on product pages asks Printful for your location based on your IP address.
Avada Cookie Consent and a location lookup service	Showing our cookie banner and recording your choice	Your choice, the time, and your IP address (to work out your country).
Payment providers: Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and the card networks and processors behind Shopify Payments	Processing your payment	Payment and billing details. PayPal may load on cart and product pages. Installment financing, where offered, is provided by a lender (Affirm in the United States) that applies its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

International Transfers

We and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (UK or EU GDPR, Canada including Quebec, California and other US states) you may ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, object to or opt out of its use for advertising, sale or sharing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection regulator. Email privacy@toughlovetees.com with the subject "Privacy request". We reply within 30 days. We may need to check your identity first.

How Long We Keep It

Order and tax records for 7 years. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Cookie consent records for 12 months.

Children

Our store is not aimed at children under 13 (under 16 in the UK and EU), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post changes on this page with a new date.
